Carotech Builds New Facility in Malaysia
Carotech, Edison, NJ, has plans to invest $40 million to build a new plant near a deep-sea port in Lumut, Malaysia, reinforcing it’s leading and largest position in the worldwide supply of natural tocotrienol complex (a potent form of vitamin E). The new facility will be located on a total land area of 32 acres and is part of the Lumut Port Industrial Park. This new facility will primarily increase production capacity for its Tocomin natural full spectrum palm tocotrienol complex and Caromin natural palm mixed carotene complex product lines.
